How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I was thinking about updating my scraps on an almost daily basis with sketches and such I have laying around. They keep piling up more and more over the months, and the more finished stuff I post is nowhere near an indication of all the sketching I do on a daily basis. So rather than let these things collect dust and go unseen, I thought maybe it would be cool to do this. My question is: would people be interested if I did this? Would you check them out?
I only ask cause, if not, I find scanning really boring and a pain in the ass, so thats why I never usually commit to scanning all this stuff. Well I guess that's it. Any opinion on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would be totally interested! I love seeing the process of works and things that may never be. I find that sketches and drafts are more interesting than finished pieces. Without them, you wouldn't have a finished piece.

Seeing everything together really gives me a sense of what the artist has gone to accomplish their artwork. Plus, I like viewing them more so because it helps me figure out how different artists thing and arrive to their decisions. Please do!
